Return & Exchange Eligibility
You may request a return or exchange if:
The unboxing video must clearly show:
- The product received is damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete.
- The return or exchange request is raised within 7 days of the delivery date.
- The product is unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
- The original packaging, tags, and accessories (if applicable) are intact.
Blingbery reserves the right to inspect the returned product before approving any return, refund, or exchange request.
Unboxing Video Requirement
To ensure a smooth and fair verification process, customers must record a continuous unboxing video from the moment the sealed package is opened.
The unboxing video should clearly show:
- The sealed package before opening.
- The complete unboxing process without any cuts or edits.
- The product received and its condition.
A complete unboxing video is mandatory for claims related to damaged, defective, incorrect, missing, or incomplete products.
Unfortunately, claims submitted without a complete unboxing video may not be eligible for verification or approval.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please share:
- Your Order Number
- Clear photographs of the product
- Clear photographs of the product
- A complete unboxing video
Our support team will review your request and provide an appropriate resolution as quickly as possible.
Return Process
Once your return request is approved:
- Our team will provide return instructions.
- The product must be packed securely in its original packaging.
- The returned product will undergo a quality inspection after it is received.
Returns that do not meet our eligibility criteria may be rejected.
Exchange Policy
Eligible products can be exchanged for:
- Damaged products
- Defective products
- Incorrect products received
Exchange requests are subject to product availability.
If the requested product is unavailable, we will offer an appropriate alternative or process a refund where applicable.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
If your order has already been shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible.
Refund Policy
Once your returned product is received and successfully passes our quality inspection, your refund will be initiated.
- Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Approved refunds will be processed via bank transfer after receiving the customer’s bank account details.
The actual credit time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping Charges
If the return is approved due to:
- Wrong Product
- Damaged Product
- Defective Product
Blingbery will bear the applicable return shipping charges.
For returns requested due to personal preferences or reasons other than product defects (where applicable), return shipping charges may be borne by the customer.
Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange:
- Products that have been used or worn.
- Products returned without original packaging or tags.
- Products damaged due to improper handling, misuse, or negligence.
- Products returned after the eligible return period.
- Claims submitted without a complete unboxing video for damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing product issues.
- Normal wear and tear occurring after use.
Order Refusal
If a customer refuses to accept a Cash on Delivery (COD) order without a valid reason, Blingbery reserves the right to restrict or decline future COD orders for that customer.
Important Note
While we make every effort to display product colours accurately, slight variations may occur due to photography lighting, monitor settings, or screen resolution.
